If HR Software is so Great why are their Bad Reviews about it?
Many business owners have heard all about the reasons why they need to get HR software in place. Then may be completely motivated to do so until they start looking online at reviews. What can confuse them is finding bad reviews about an HR system online. There are reasons for this that have nothing to do with the overall benefits that these programs offer.
Like any types of products or businesses out there, you will find bad apples. That is just part of what takes place.
